This was a nice experiment I did using white chocolate. I've missed making chocolate candy so this was a nice little treat for me.

Double Chocolate Chip Cupcake. The Volcano is made from chocolate cream cheese buttercream frosting. This was so much fun to make! The cupcake is even filled with the "lava."

Pink and Orange Cupcake

This is a simple design but one of my favorites. Pink and Orange buttercream on a Red Velvet cupcake.

Zig-Zag Cupcake

This was an experiment that was beyond successful. The base is a mixture of double-chocolate chip and white chocolate cake. The frosting is chocolate cream cheese buttercream and vanilla cream cheese buttercream.

Colorful Anniversary Cake

This was a commission for a 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration. They had three requirements for the cake: Yummy, Bright, and Fun.

Mission accomplished.

Peace Cupcakes

Tye-Dye Peace design on a white chocolate cupcake. This was a gift I did for a friend.

Gingerbread Castle

This is actually something I did back in culinary school. I worked on this with a partner and it took us just a few days to complete. Sadly, you are unable to see all the details we added. There's a whole other building in the back, Santa on the roof, and a water fountain with a baby duck right, plus so much more. It was by far the largest and heaviest in the class. It was also the best.

This was fun to make but I'm not sure how willing I am to do it again.
