Pool Ball Cupcakes


Pool Cupcakes

I was really proud of these cupcakes. I've seen them done with buttercream before but I never liked the way they looked. Since I don't work with fondant often, I had to try my best to make sure they looked neat and clean. I was completely happy with the results!

These are great, I am making some next week and was thinking of using fondant, but I prefer the taste of buttercream. Buttercream is so hard to get smooth and not messy looking though. You've done a great job! :o)

Thank you! You should make your own fondant then. Marshmallow fondant is good and you there is buttercream fondant. If you just want to use regular buttercream just chill the layers before smoothing them out.
